nullAviation Appreciation Month Declared In Texas

For the third consecutive year, Texas Governor Rick Perry has declared November as “Aviation Appreciation Month” across the state. An avid supporter of aviation, Governor Perry highlighted the vital contributions and positive impacts aviation has on the Lone Star State’s way of life. “Individuals, families, businesses and government agencies rely on air transportation to get from place to place, move cargo between businesses, keep our borders secure, control wildfires, support agriculture and more,” stated the Governor in his proclamation. NATA’s Aviation Business Roundtable was a great success due to top-notch speakers and the active participation of its distinguished attendees. nullSafety 1st  Ground Auditor Workshop 

NATA’s Safety 1st  Ground Audit Standard allows for two levels of certification: a self-certification level and a third-party audit level. All candidates who meet the requirements to become an accredited auditor will need to be trained on the Ground Audit Standards by NATA. NATA will hold a Safety 1st Ground Auditor Workshop for those candidates January 13-14, 2014 in New Orleans, LA.  Click here for more details.
