Annual Meeting and Election of New Board of Directors

In accordance with Article VI, Section 3 of the NATA Bylaws, the annual meeting of members will be held in conjunction with NATA’s Aviation Leadership Conference on June 16, 2022 at 12:15 p.m. Eastern. The meeting will take place during a luncheon at The Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington, VA. The purpose of the meeting is for the election of directors and other issues as properly may come before the members.

The Board of Directors, acting as a Nominating Committee of the Whole, nominated the following individuals to serve as directors:

Jessica Naor, President, GrandView Aviation
Kimberly Herrell, Owner and CEO, Schubach Aviation
Chad Farischon, Vice President of Strategic Development, West Star Aviation, LLC

Marc Drobny of StandardAero, Geoff Heck of Signature Flight Support, Mike Magni of Monaco Air Duluth, Chris Rozansky of Naples Airport Authority, Megan Wolf of Flexjet were nominated for re-election to serve additional 3-year terms.
