CANCELLATION POLICY:

NATA understands the last-minute nature of the business aviation industry and has allowed for as much flexibility as possible. ALL registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Registration fees for workshops, seminars, and symposiums are refundable two weeks out from the start date less a $75 processing fee.  For all major conferences, refunds will be provided less a $125 processing fee up to one month prior to the scheduled conference date. If you fail to show up to the event, no refunds will be provided. Attendee substitutions are permitted at any time OR a change to a different NATA workshop, seminar, symposium, or conference. The event change will take the form of a company registration credit that must be used for another NATA event within the same calendar year. If the substituted event registration exceeds the amount of the credit, the company will pay the difference. If the credit balance is not used by year end, no refunds will be given.

Any person who attends an NATA event grants permission to NATA to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs and sound or video recordings, and, without notifying such person, to use those images for any purpose of NATA, including advertisements for NATA and its programs.
