NATA Legislative Update | Senate Action on FAA Reauthorization

After numerous delays since last June, the Senate Commerce Committee has announced a mark-up of the Senate FAA Reauthorization Act of 2023 (S. 1939) for tomorrow, Feb. 8. NATA continues to monitor problematic calls for various FBO regulations and remains in regular contact with Commerce Committee leadership on these issues. At this time, we do not anticipate action on such proposals at tomorrow’s mark-up, but we will contact you if the situation changes and your voice is needed.
