Aviation businesses are a part of one of the most heavily regulated industries in the U.S. NATA interfaces with a number of federal government agencies whose policy-making authority directly or indirectly impacts the general aviation industry. NATA’s regulatory staff keeps members apprised of the aviation regulatory climate and works hard to ensure that aviation businesses receive equitable treatment – representing our members’ interests on various FAA, TSA and CBP working groups and advisory committees.
