NATA Strengthens Aviation Security Advocacy and Expertise

Washington, DC, March 7, 2024 – Today, NATA (the National Air Transportation Association) announced an agreement with Hawthorn Hill, LLC to provide the Association and its members enhanced expertise and insight into federal-level security policy and program development.

Leveraging decades of federal government experience, the team at Hawthorn Hill, LLC is poised to assist aviation businesses with navigating the aviation security regulatory landscape, complying with enforcement issues from field operations to the "home office," and preparing for new policies.

“Given recent TSA actions related to part 380 public charter and the Agency’s Twelve-Five Standard Security Program for part 135 carriers, NATA is committed to bolstering its advocacy efforts for the entire part 135 charter industry. The Association warmly welcomes Hawthorn Hill, LLC as a partner, and we know our members will benefit significantly from the extensive aviation security knowledge they provide,” stated NATA Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Alan Stephens.
